can you clarify your question, please? If the card doesn't work in any of the software you have mentioned, then you should check that you have installed the correct drivers for it. We have tested the Elgato Cam Link in Aximmetry and it works flawlessly.

sorry if my quistion it not clear.   i'm mean test or preview it ok  everything fine  but  when i use reccord  or open obs or vmix to reccord clip it  show no input 

Can you show us a screenshot of your flow (from Aximmetry)?
