According to NewTek, TriCaster TC2 Elite supports standard MIDI protocol and enables third-party device control. So it is very likely that it can be used by Aximmetry.
You can assign a MIDI key to almost anything in Aximmetry by right-clicking and selecting Assign MIDI...:
