2021.3.1 can't install the same

Hi,

Please make sure you have enough free space on your computer (at least 6 GB) and you have the minimum software and hardware requirements for Unreal Engine: https://docs.unrealengine.com/4.26/en-US/Basics/RecommendedSpecifications/

Also please wait at least 60 minutes once installation started. It can take a long time especially if you have old hard drives.

I am having the same isse, i tried different times in different days and different condetions, still not working. Although I have more than 1TB free, intel gold one of the bets proccecors, 265 GB ram, and 2 RTX 5000 GPUs.

Can you provide a screenshot of where does the installer stop?
Also, even if you have good hardware, it can take quite a time for the installer to finish.

Hi, thanks i fixed it by first istalling Aximmetry alone without unreal, then installing unreal alone. but anyway it was stucking in the same point like the photo above.

now i am having another issue, when i load an unreal project in axximetry composer then i insert a camera "virtualCam_Unreal_A-B_Preview-cam"

then i connect the "out' pin from the UE project to the "rendered" pin in the camera I get the following error in the log: 

A fatal error occurred with Unreal Engine. Please save and reopen your compound

and nothing works proberly afret that... this is happening like 7 times out of 10... thanks

I see you written that you have two RTX 5000 GPUs. Currently, we support multi GPU with Aximmetry renderer and not with Unreal renderer.
(Unreal Engine does not support Multi-GPU out of the box)

So if in the Startup Configuration you have Multi-GPU mode set to "Independent" or "Linked" like here:

Then please set Multi-GPU mode to "-" like here:

If this is not the source of the problem. Then, are you working in "Live Link mode"? https://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-aximmetry-de-users/how-to-install-and-work-with-the-unreal-engine-based-de-edition/#interactive-editing
If not, try "Cook Content for Windows" again.

Also, in case the issue persists, please create the dump file when Aximmetry asks you about it and send it to support@aximmetry.com so that we can investigate it.
