Record Tracking in FBX

Is there a way to get the camera and MoSys tracking data in .fbx format?

We already tested according to the Aximmetry manual and we only managed to record the camera lens data, but not the MoSys tracking.

Hi Pablo,

If you are using Record_3-Audio.xcomp to record your scene like in this tutorial:
https://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-studio-operators/recording-camera-tracking-data/#final-composite-recording-1
Make sure TRACKING is turned on in the Record control board:

And then, it should be recording your tracking data into an FBX file when recording is turned on.

If you see that in aximmetry your camera tracking is working (MoSys) and your camera moves, then the final position of the camera will be recorded in the FBX file, and you should see changes in the camera's position in your FBX file.
However, it is possible that the 3D software you use to open the FBX file will open the recorded FBX file on such a small scale that it will be very hard to notice any change.
Or if you are not using the Master TC on the RECORDER panel then it is likely you get a very long timeline, and only at the very end of the timeline, you will see your recorded tracking data. Your camera's internal time can be very long and it will make the timeline in your 3D software long as well. In this case, you might want to turn off Use Master TC.

Warmest Regards
