Yes, the virtual camera has a zoom function that will reduce the FoV.

As TwentyStudios said you can set Zoom/FoV. To do so use Space + Wheel or Space + Left Mouse as described here: https://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-studio-operators/camera-mover-mouse-control/#aximmetry-mode

Are you in Free Mode? By enabling it, you can freely move with the Studio Cameras and use the camera controls:
