low frames rates v/s high performance pc

I am very concerned because I have two Aximmetry licenses and even with very powerful computers and with the best graphics cards (very expensive otherwise), Aximmetry's performance is not optimal, showing low frame rates.

1 pc

AMD Ryzen9 3950X (16 cores / 3.5 ghz)

RTX 3090 / 24gb video card

2 TB SSD RAID 0

64 GB RAM 3000 mhz

Blackmagic Decklink 8K Pro

Pc 2

Intel I9 7900X (10 cores / 3.3 ghz)

RTX 3060 / 12gb video card

2 TB SSD RAID 0

64 GB RAM 3200 mhz

Blackmagic Decklink 8K Pro

I think Aximmetry needs to put in a lot of work in order to make the program run smoothly. I have read comments and some think that it is because apparently all the work is done by a single processor core leaving the rest without workload ... I don't know if it will be true, but it is worrying ...

Please Aximmetry let's solve this as soon as possible.

Without taking a look at your project/scene it’s hard to know what might be causing the performance issue. What does the performance graphs in Aximmetry show? GPU or CPU overload?

While I’m sure there is room for improvement, we and lots of other people use Aximmetry without any performance issues at all. In fact, I would say it runs incredibly well optimized on our machines. So many factors can cause performance drops and I would say the main culprit is often an unoptimized UE4 scene. Raytracing will also kill even the most powerful GPU if not used carefully.
