Easiest way to do that is by having same height and width ratio for you input as for your "screen".
If your screen is 16:9 your input signal should be too.
As for the curved in the video: It's most likely just an ulta-wide format such as 5760*1080 [Tripple Width HD]
The curvature does not affect the ratio - if this should be your concern.
The ratio of the ultra wide format I mentioned is 48:9 hence create a rectangle with 48 segments in width and 9 segments in height, bend it, and you are good to go.
(a curved screen is also just a rectangle)
There is also the posibility of stitching multiple screens if needed.
