I'd experienced before similar symptom and I got clue in camera number.

If you put correct camera number, like 1 for camera 1, it will work.

It can be received normally if the XYZ information is not added at the earliest. After the location information is added, the information will not be received.

Both LightAct and Stype tools can be received, and Aximmetry will not move once the data is received.

The problem is solved

After adding the location information, the verification value is not calculated correctly, resulting in not receiving data.
