How to shift edit mode from preview to program i can't edit camera position in program output

Hi,
The Edit On Channel property determines which output channel you can edit the camera on.
However it's 0 by default which means all the outputs are enabled, so I'm not sure why you can't edit on program output. Have you altered this property?
