Magewell Internal Card Capturing Video in Aximmetry not working.

I am using Aximmetry DE Community Edition as I am training. My computer has a Magewell Pro Capture HDMI Card and it works with every other app in my PC except in Aximmetry I have no Input?

I did map the the capture card in device mapping and set the resolution to 1080p 29.97 and i tried 60p, also tried every other resolution buy i always have No Input on an orange background.

Any tip on how to get this working?

I think this is some sort of Bug in Aximmetry!

I connected a Magewell External USB Capture HDMI Gen 2 card and Aximmetry recognises it with DirectShow Prefix and it works fine.

My internal Magewell HDMI Pro Capture Card doesnt show with a directshow prefix and doesnt work in any way.

Please assist

I tried running in legacy mode but still couldnt get the internal one to work and i have tried all resolutions P and I.

Can I ask what resolution/framerate the other applications detect when select the Magewell input?

(Or do they only use the DirectShow interface?)

I use it with vMix, there I select 1080P30 and works.

In the next release we'll allow using this type of card as a DirectShow device, it hopefully solves you problem.

Could you send us screenshots of
a) what is the full device name when use it in vMix
b) what is the full device name when use it in Aximmetry.

Ok Guys i got the solution, please update to the latest firmware and in device mapper set the resolution to 1080p59.94. this worked for me
