@mantri: Do you mean the Look at Camera function, where the billboards rotate to face the virtual camera? You can turn that off in the Billboard settings.

If you use a stationary camera with Billboards it’s of course impossible to move the virtual camera to film the back of a person. The camera only captures a 2D image so how would it be able to capture a different perspective in 3D? The YouTube video you showed uses a tracked camera, where the physical camera moves while it’s tracked in 3D space. The tracking data is then sent to Aximmetry which renders the 3D background from the same perspective.
