Probably the rendering framerate of Aximmetry differs from the framerate of your camera.
- Firstly make sure the Video Mode of the INPUT is set exactly to the framerate your camera is working at (e.g. @ 30 or p30 depending on what kind of camera you use).
- Then go to Preferences / Rendering and set the Frame rate to the same value (e.g. 30).
