Optimal Engine settings for virtual screens

Dear support,

We are building a project with lumen, and have created a video banner.

But the banner has a lot of pixel smear while scrolling making the video unreadable.

We tried material - Surface, Translucent, Unlit, Translucency AA which makes it a bit better.

Are there Executable Console Commands or ini settings we could try / should use?

In most cases, the simplest approach is the Aximmetry Virtual Screen Asset.
