Hi,

The phrase display different images is quite broad, as Aximmetry provides countless modules that can be combined in various ways to achieve this. For example, the modules under the Mixing category allow you to mix and manipulate images in many different ways:

To actually open and display images, you can use either the Video Player module or the Image module. You can also drag and drop images directly into your project.
Note that in Aximmetry, there is essentially no distinction between a video and an image. An image is simply treated as a still video.

Additionally, there are compounds available that make it easier to add images and videos in various configurations. You can find these in the [Common_Studio]:Compounds\Overlays\ folder.

Regarding your other question about differentiating between machines in a multi-machine setup:
You should use the System Params module. The Engine pin on this module indicates which machine is running the project.
If you enable the Peeker windows on the remote machines:

You can view the Engine pin value directly on each machine:

  • The controller machine will display a value of 0.
  • Remote #1 will show 1.
  • Remote #2 will show 2, and so on.

You can use the Engine pin to, for example, control the Switch Video module, allowing you to select different videos or images for each machine.

Important: Make sure all the videos and images you use are stored in a shared folder accessible by every machine in your setup, just like your project folders.
