big difference between the lens exposure in running and editor mode

Hello,need your advise ,

I tried to set the explosure in postprocess Box,but it doesn't work.  I have to set the explosure in aximmetry camera bp, to keep the aximmetry output view right.

But the  problem comes to the designers ,they can't accurately adjust scene lighting and materials in the editor mode .

Two questions: 1. why there is no effect in axi camera when i change the lens value in postprocessVolume but it works in a regular camera actor.

2. when i change the lens explosure in axi camera, why it is different in editor mode and running mode

wish you understand my question, and tell me the right way to do those changes, thx

This has been asked and answered many, many times in this forum:

Set the Metering Mode to Manual.
Set the Apply Physical Camera Exposure to off.
Adjust the exposure using the Exposure Compensation value to your desired exposure.

thanks for your answer,  after set the apply physical camera exposure to off , it keep the same explosure. if you have answered this question a lot ,i think a suitable way is to leave it in the knowledge base which we can easily found duiring the unreal setup and thx again for the knowledge.

Hi CUC_STU,

You are right, and we plan to update our learn documentation to include the relevant pieces of information.

In the upcoming version of Aximmetry, there may be warnings inside Unreal related to this issue, when you run into it. Additionally, the correct exposure will apply in the Unreal Editor as well, not just in Aximmetry.

Warmest regards,

@Eifert ,Awesome, it would have been made easier to use with some tips. To share a viz5 UE render pipeline that I recently used, I can select an AR or VR application scenario when opening UE, and automatically configure the UX's project setting
