Aximmetry Eye displays message connection lost when press record on App

Hi,

I have downloaded official release on Aaple store aand login App then it login OK and list Aximmetry Broadcast DE Engine. I have connected to this engine and in the engine I see the tracking of Iphone AND srt input to setup input and tracking device. But when I press record button on Aximmetry eye app then it displays Warning message : " Aximmetry conection lost please reconnect". I have turned off firewall of engine and turn off Private wifi IP address on Iphone.

My boradcast DE Engine current version is 2024.2

Before with Beta verion then I still connected to engine and testing is OK. It can send tracking data to Aximmetry Engine.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Same issue here. Same setup and troubleshooting steps taken (firewall off and private wifi IP off)

The released Aximmetry Eye is only compatible with Aximmetry version 2024.3.0 or later.

Thanks for the reply. Will the scene cooked in the current Aximmetry Unreal version (5.3.2) be compatible with 2024.3.0?

Hi,

You will have to recook the scene as 2024.3.0 uses Unreal Engine version 5.4.3.
