That’s very easy! You can use a combination of Placer and Blender modules to make it yourself. There might be something pre-made among the installed compound as well. The latest version has a video switcher compound that comes with a multi-view. You could use the multi-view compound that comes with that an adapt it to your needs.

It seems there is an issue with your camera compound:
If you did not intentionally place the VirtualCam_3-Cam into the TrackedCam_8-Cam compound, a rare bug might have caused this.
You should revert the changes in the camera compound by using the Revert In-Place Modifications option:
In the image you provided, it appears you are using a green production camera. These cameras generally display input in the virtual world as billboards. However, placing a Picture-in-Picture (PiP) on a virtual billboard doesn't make much sense, as it's unlikely to function properly in that context.
If your goal is to have a virtual screen display the PiP, such as a TV screen with multiple callers from a meeting, the process will differ and you won't have to edit the camera compound.
Alternatively, if you prefer to position the PiP at the very end of the picture, you'll need yet again a different approach, for an example setup of this, you can refer to [Studio]: News Room\News Room - VirtualCam_3-Cam_Split_Rec.xcomp compound.
