[Feature Request] Plain UTF-8 Export (JSON and Text Exporter)

Hi Guys.

Both the TextExporter and the JsonExporter in Axy write out UTF-8 BOM.
Some Apps out there do take UTF-8 *only*.
So it would be great, if there was an Option in the Exporters to switch between both formats.

As a side note, the exported UTF8_BOM file could be hacked around with PowerShell:

Get-Content .\test.json | Set-Content -Encoding ASCII test2.json
