There is an issue when installing Unreal with the Portugues language setting in the installer:

You could install Aximmetry and Unreal with the English setting, and then change to Portugues in Aximmetry Composer -> Edit -> Preferences - General - Language:

Or in the installer don't select to install Unreal, but install it later from here: https://my.aximmetry.com/User/MyDownloads
