I hope that after pressing keyboard keys 1 or 2, I can switch to different path animations. Even after setting up the button, it remains ineffective. How can I make it work?

You should make sure that Enable Keyboard Controllers is turned on:
And if you want to control Aximmetry while it is not selected in Windows. Then turn off Only active when application is focused in Edit->Preferences>Keyboard Devices:
