The Trigger Filter module can stop double clicks and such. After a trigger, the Trigger Filter will stop any new triggers until the Protect Time elapses.

You can delay trigger data using the Delay module:

Note that the Delay module has vector pins (In and Out), but this is not a problem as you can directly convert most data types to vector data type.
