Is there a way to adjust the default mouse response? It might just be me but everytime, I try to reposition things, movements start flying way out after a second or two, so the mouse response in Aximmetry changes settings automatically. I personally would love this feature off for myself / just with a manual "option + mouse movement" or something similar for the higher amplitude.
If you mean moving objects with arrow handles, yes they can be fly away if you do the movement from a flat viewing angle. It's a known issue and will be fixed soon.
