You can use the Manual Lens option:

And control the zoom with the Manual Zoom.

Note, this will overwrite your zoom coming from zoom encoder/tracking.

Hi i'm using Retracker Bliss for tracking. I can able to manually control the focus but not the zoom. Can you just help me in solving this issue. I tried the step which you mentioned but it is not working out.

Are you using one of Retracker's custom compounds? If so, which one? We can check their compound, maybe they changed how it should work.

Also, if you enable ON SCREEN - Info, then you should even see the FOV written out in the preview output:
