I need to generate shadows in an unreal environment within the aximmetryDE with a tracked camera.
Hi,
Firstly you need to use billboards for that. Please consult the dochttps://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-studio-operators/setting-up-virtual-sets-with-tracked-cameras/especially the Compositing modes section which deals with using billboards.
(If you are unfamiliar with doing these with a UE scene, please also consulthttps://aximmetry.com/learn/tutorials/for-aximmetry-de-users/using-tracked-cameras-and-augmented-reality-with-an-unreal-scene/ )
Then make sure that Cast Shadows is ON on your BILLBOARD.
Now if you have a properly set up light source in the UE scene, the shadows will appear automatically.
