It should connect trough WIFI too, but we recommend using an ethernet cable.
Please ensure you download the latest version of Aximmetry Eye, version 1.0(20). Aximmetry 2024.1 is compatible only with this version or later ones.

If it is still not working, could you please let us know if you are receiving any error messages? Additionally, what exactly do you observe within Aximmetry Composer?
